Privacy
Choir Cleanup is designed so recordings, scores, passage labels, cleanup settings, and exports stay on your device.
What the app stores
The desktop app stores your theme preference, pack-name fields, and—if you use one—your Steward license token and its most recent verification result in local application storage. Source audio and score files are opened from your device and held in memory while you work. They are not uploaded or retained by us.
License verification
If you enter or purchase a Steward license, the app sends that license token to api.sociobot.in at most once per day to check whether it is valid. The request does not contain your recordings, scores, project names, notes, or exports. Sociobot/Dodo processes checkout information as merchant of record under its own obligations.
Website
The website loads no third-party scripts, fonts, trackers, or advertising. Ordinary hosting access logs may temporarily contain IP address, request time, path, and user agent for security and operations. The website service worker stores public page assets in your browser for reliable loading.
Your control
Delete local app data by removing the app’s site/application storage, and delete exported packs like any other local file. Uninstalling the application does not delete files you deliberately exported.
Contact
Privacy questions can be opened as an issue in the public product repository. Do not attach recordings or license tokens.
